Zaytun Closing?!?!

by Will Terry » Fri Feb 21, 2014 1:50 pm

A popular Bardstown Road restaurant has closed its doors.

Zaytun was forced to close by a court order.

The owner of the building tells WDRB that despite months of trying to work with the restaurant owners, she finally had to evict them. Carrie Rief says Zaytun was eight months behind on rent, owing about $40,000.

She says it is a shame because it was a really good place to eat.

Crazy! One of my favorite lunch spots.

Depending on square footage its fairly standard. Commercial real estate commonly goes for $10-20 a square foot when leasing.
I eat, therefore I am.
