I know, gross stuff happens but this was a district manager not some hourly.

I can tell you stories that will ensure you never eat out again, but at some point I think we have to educate ourselves as best we can and then have some faith and take a chance.

The sad part is that you would hope a higher level employee like this would have a bit more self-respect and respect for their job. You would also hope that the vetting process for raising an employee to this level, or hiring one in, would be better at weeding out these kinds of people, particularly at a worldwide brand like Yum!.

Yup. West Virginia was created so folks in Kentucky didn't feel so badly about themselves.

This is bad, and it definitely reinforces my fears about eating out too, but just about anything we consume may have come in contact with something unsavory along the way. I don't think this is anything new. In the grand scheme of things, I think the food we eat is cleaner today than it was a hundred years ago, but in some ways it's also a lot less healthy.

I am almost sorry I posted the original clip. Just had a very bad bout with good poisoning last weekend from a favorite restaurant and I was a bit discouraged. All in all I think most restaurants do a great job but sometimes all it takes is one bad/sloppy/careless / disgruntled employee to ruin it for otherwise diligent restaurants and/or trusting diners.

That's what I love about this place, food and quotes from my favorite nihilist.

Here's a question....
How did anyone outside of the company get the video if it was from the company's private security cam footage?
If it was a hidden cam, how did they get that in there without management knowing?
I eat, therefore I am.
