Jarred, Lotsa Pasta. Fresh? We may be out of luck, Melissa. I did go in with a forumite a few years ago to split an Oregon black truffle, shipped by overnight, so unless someone unexpectedly comes up with a local delight, the Interwebz may be your best option.
This is years away but we have a local farmer in the Louisville area that has planted oak trees and is doing things to promote the growth of truffles. Could be exciting but I want to say it's going to be at least 8 more years before there could be a yield.
