He will demonstrating and leading discussion on ACF approved "Thermalloy" cookware and also
"Aluminum vs. Stainless"; When and why to choose which material for your cookware choices.
There will demo pans available for testing and light refreshments will be served.
ACF members in attendance will receive one Continuing Education Hour toward certification.
