Louisville, KY 40213Traci Badenhausen of Dine Co. is hosting Mike McGrath of Browne-Halco Foodservice.
He will demonstrating and leading discussion on ACF approved "Thermalloy" cookware and also
"Aluminum vs. Stainless"; When and why to choose which material for your cookware choices.
There will demo pans available for testing and light refreshments will be served.
ACF members in attendance will receive one Continuing Education Hour toward certification.
As always, any interested foodservice professionals or students are encouraged to attend as you DO NOT have to be an ACF KY Chapter member to attend chapter events.Please RSVP by Feb 28th by commenting on this thread or e-mail me below.
