I hate to bring this up because of how much discussion the mention of the restaurant usually raises here but... Chick-fil-A restaurants and many commit to go antibiotic free in all their chicken within the next 5 years. It goes hand-in-hand with the discussion about knowing where your meat comes from and hamburgers. Here's the article:
