David Block, of Talley Vineyards, will present Talley’s Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet from the Central Coast in California at a wine dinner at Lilly’s on Feb. 18. The four-course dinner, with wine, is $65 per person. Reception is at 6:30 p.m., with dinner at 7.
