Whatever you call it, it was delicious!

Myself and another diner in our party of four had it last Saturday and both agreed it was among the best steaks we've had anywhere.

That was my third Kobe\Wagyu\"steak that cannot be named" that I have had at Varanese. First steak was very good and the last two have been outstanding.

No dog in this hunt for labeling, just a big fan of Varanese steaks and grill skills including this promotion.

I read this article and doesnt appear to me this writer got all his facts straight. I've seen prime and Wagyu and there is a big difference in marblization. I feel the American Wagyu is not as marbled as the Autralian, but is still better than the best prime on the market. The Japanese Wagyu, however is off the charts.
