Looking for food donations/volunteers for Big Build in April

The Fuller Center For Housing is doing a "Big Build" April 6-11, 2014 in Louisville. Over 200 volunteers from all over the country are coming in to help renovate 10 houses in the Shawnee Neighborhood. This is an amazing organization, and I am proud to be a part of it, as everyone deserves a decent place to live.
I am helping coordinate the food for the volunteers, and am asking for donations of either food, or money.. Gordon Beirsch has already stepped up by offering to do both dinner and lunch one day, and is challenging other restaurants to do the same. Most of the volunteers will be staying at the Hotel Louisville, and they will be doing breakfast, however, lunch and dinners are still needed. How many people do you need food for each day?

Dan, we will have somewhere around 220 people to feed lunch and dinner during the big build.. Love to work w. you!
