Fortunately this is nothing new, Blue stated originally that he was going to put a parking lot on the land that he continued to own after the negotiations were completed. Hopefully the rest of the buildings that are still standing will be saved for a better use. I'm sure the additional income from these 55 parking spaces will raise the income from the TIF significantly to help the financing of the YUM center! :lol:

We roll our eyes today, but in a hundred years that parking lot will be on the National Historic Register. :roll:
