On Wednesday, Jan. 29, Proof on Main plans "Winter Harvest Wednesday," a three-course menu (in addition to the a la carte dinner menu) featuring flavorful game-focused dishes and other winter harvest dishes.
Highlights of executive chef Levon Wallace's menu will include Blue Dog Bread Gnocchi with Wild Boar Ragout, Porcini Crema and Lemon Zest, and Crisp Rabbit Leg Confit, Butterbeans, Rapini and Quince Mostarda.
