Looks like the Houston Group has the building up for lease.

Restaurant Fourth Street Louisville
From: "The Houston Group"

Restaurant 649 S. 4th Street
other tenants are; a watch repair shop and a Mediterranean deli, both tenants have leases 3-7 years and have been there for several years.

This restaurant space could double as a night club after hours.

Profitable, includes all FF&E
4500 sq feet, Capacity plus Patio Area
Very Attractive Turn Key Operation

From Business First:

The current Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi building downtown is up for sale. ...

“They just want to downsize back to one restaurant,” said Houston Jones, owner of The Houston Group Inc. and the Realtor selling the property. The restaurant also has a location on Bardstown Road.

Sapporo owner Mei Kim said the restaurant location downtown will remain open at least until the building sells.
