Ramen in or near Louisville

I have been watching a PBS series called Mind of a Chef on netflix. Chef David Chang is always eating and talking about ramen. Just wondering if there is a place in or around Louisville that serves this.

Hiko-A-Mon always has it.

Milkwood has ramen nights and usually has it on the brunch menu.

Choi's has it in their snack bar if you can catch them when they are cooking.
