We cut the cable, so I don't see Food Network or Cooking Channel, so I am clue-impaired.

I will say this, though: If we can't get over this "Southern" meme about Louisville and eateries that are no more Southern than General William Tecumseh Sherman, I'm going to plotz.

Unless this is a new version, Garvin did his trip to Louisville show a year or two ago?

Anyways, the dishes he shows are mainly Southern (not necessarily the restaurants, but the dishes).
