Well THIS certainly snuck (that's Kentuckian for sneaked) in under my Radar...And a long fly ball away from Garage Logic no less. Gonna have to check this place out.

That's neat. Certainly lowers one significant barrier to entering the distilling game.

However, I'm sure one can't just jaunt out there and start producing, right? There's gotta be a byzantine nightmare of alcohol regulations and permits you have to navigate first.

No package sales in Oldham Co . We have liqueur by the drink however. I bet there is a tangle of liqueur laws to sort through for something like this. It might open the door to restaurants serving their own brand of bourbon or vodka or whatever.
