Last night I made the family Hot Brown Turkey sandwiches with a slight Thanksgiving twist. I spread cranberry sauce on toast then covered that with turkey, bacon and a creamy Pecorino Romano and Parmesan béchamel sauce. Everyone was so happy! I still have a lot of turkey left. Any ideas on what to do with the rest?
