Napa River Grill adds Sunday brunch!

by Robin Garr » Fri Nov 15, 2013 2:26 pm

News release follows. I am so glad that I'm out this way every Sunday anyway. Can't wait!

Napa River Grill now open for Sunday Brunch Buffet
Seating from 10 a.m.- 2 pm.
.Adults $17.95, kids 5-12 $8.94, 4 and under FREE

We wanted to do a few things to set us apart from the normal buffet spread, so we have instituted an Egg Menu which is included in the price of the buffet, as well as an À la carte menu. The Egg Menu replaces the traditional station where a chef cooks your omelet to order while you wait in line and call out ingredients. Instead, your menu will be at the table when you arrive, and at any point throughout the meal, you can order from your server. We will then serve your order to your table as soon as it is cooked, reducing the amount of time you will need to wait in line. These items will also be cooked in our full kitchen instead of the traditional small propane burner and skillet on most buffets, and should result in a better product for you to enjoy.

The À la carte menu will feature items created to order that can be enjoyed individually, or shared with the rest of your party. This menu can also be used for those picky eaters who may not want to pay full price for the entire buffet. Many of our guests at our long running Easter and Mother's Day Brunch buffets have often pointed out that they have children who will only eat one or two items.

We are offering house Bloody Marys and Mimosas for $1 through December, and the price will be $2 thereafter. We will also have a menu of some variations on the classic Bloody Mary and Mimosa available as well.

Each week we will have a new "special" featured on the buffet, and we will change fruits, vegetables and a few other ingredients to reflect the season. For example we currently have apples from Garey Farms which we are using to make an Apple Crisp, and our vegetables are coming mostly from Garey Farms as well.
