I would like to invite you to join us for a viewing party on Tuesday November 12th of the new show "Back Home" on Fusion Network.
With this show Chef Lamas had the opportunity to travel through his mother’s homeland in Mexico to film this new documentary television series produced by Diego Luna (“Milk,” “Y Tu Mamá También,” “Frida”) for Fusion Network.
Anthony divided his time between Mexico City and Oaxaca, cooking with some of Mexico’s premier chefs during a culinary journey exploring indigenous ingredients and a variety of cooking techniques. The show will ultimately portray the connections between Mexican culinary culture and Chef Lamas’ kitchen in Louisville, demonstrating a celebration of Latino heritage through food.

We are very excited to share this experience with everyone. It airs on Sunday, November 10th at 9:30pm on Fusion Network. Unfortunately Time Warner Cable has not yet picked up Fusion but AT&T U-Verse does carry it.
We will be showing a recorded version here at the restaurant on Tuesday at 7:00pm. Chef Lamas will also be providing complimentary mezcal tastings as well as some dishes inspired by his trip including tacos, queso fundido and Oaxacan style seviche.
