Who has the best Lasagna?

by Gayle DeM » Thu Oct 17, 2013 4:06 pm

With the weather cooling down a bit, I've got a hankering for lasagna. My question is "Who has the best Lasagna?"

I really like the lasagna at Cafe Amici in Old Louisville.

My lovely Bride Becky makes the best Lasagna in Louisville, possibly the world. No discussion necessary.

Wild Mushroom Lasagna 16.50
caramalized onions, mushrooms, spinach, ricotta, basil creame fraiche & tomato sauce

I don't know if it is the best, but it is very good and "pet" friendly.

If you are anywhere close to the southern part of the county Tuscany has great Lasagna. It is in the shopping center with Walmart on the Outer Loop near Newcut Rd

Le Gallo Russo has an excellent lasagna, as does Rocky's. (they are both very traditional and delicious!)
