Mine: The Corned Beef Hash from Winchell's in Lexington.
If you've never eaten here, do yourself a favor and try it. It's a little sportsbar (with a real chef) in a strip mall, but they pump out a LEGENDARY breakfast on the weekends. It's the kind of unassuming place that pumps out rockstar food that you see on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives
Their Corned Beef Hash is the real deal. It seems most anywhere else I try "hash", it's simply home fries fried up/tossed with some cubed corned beef, but not a real "hash".
Their version is just unreal........and comes topped with 3 eggs and a side of their sausage gravy.
I happen to be able to enjoy most fall weekends after UK Football games, but if not, it's easily worth the drive.
Do you have any similar dishes that you love so much at one place, it's effectively "ruined" them for you elsewhere?
