Seventh generation Master Distiller and Jim Beam Ambassador,
Fred Noe, will host a five-course Jim Beam-inspired menu created by
Bourbons Bistro Executive Chef Jeff Bridges. The dinner on Monday,
Sept. 30, at 7:30 p.m., will include the new Jim Beam Signature Craft
12 year among samplings of Jim Beam products.
The dinner is $55 per person, not including tax or tip. . Reservations can

alive as Jim Beam’s Bourbon Ambassador. Like the six men who preceded him

Vichyssoise with crispy prosciutto and chive oil.

Baked goat cheese with radicchio endive, hazelnuts, and bosc pear in a
Dijon dressing.
*Third Course*
Squash fritters with a country ham aioli.
*Fourth Course*
Beef bourguignon with parisienne gnocchi, basil pesto, apple-smoked bacon,
pearl onions, wild mushrooms and asparagus.
*Fifth Course*
Bourbon apple cobbler with bourbon vanilla ice cream and candied ginger.
