Okay- it's not about a restaurant, but's it's about food - and it's damn funny!

Step 1. Walk to cheese counter and order a beer
Step 2. Look at cheese while drinking beer
Step 3. Order another beer then go shopping

The 2 beers help take the sting out of the prices

We tend to go almost every Friday for their beer and food tastings. Great cheap way to spend a Friday with the family. Top off at the hot bar or bakery for a dessert if still hungry on the way out. For $5 a person you cant beat it.
I eat, therefore I am.

Sounds like my usual trip!

Doug,
That assumes you can walk out without buying other things- you obviously have more self- control than I do.... I don't think I've ever walked out of there with less than $50 worth of largely impulse items.

I resemble that remark! I really dislike the politics and the virulent anti-union stance of WF CEO John Mackey, and yet ... and yet ... I go back like a moth to the flame and buy buy buy because it's natural and hormone-free and RBGH free and GMO free, mostly, and ... and ...

And if you recycle your mugs each week - reuse - its only $4 a person. We shop a few specials, plus meats and desserts. Fun start to our Friday nights. Apocalypse is usually next:-)

I saw this piece a couple days ago and thought, "If she thinks this about Whole Foods, I'd LOVE to see her take on Rainbow Blossom!"

RB makes WFM's pricing and posing look normal by comparison.
