Good Breakfast Near Airport?

by Carole C » Tue Sep 10, 2013 3:56 pm

I need to meet a client for breakfast. He is staying at the Marriott Residence Inn Airport and heading out via I-65 South afterward. I am trying to think of a fabulous place to have him meet me that is near where he is staying or on his way out of town. Everything I can think of (like Toast, Wild Eggs, etc.) is either in the east end or downtown. Suggestions?

The Wild Eggs in DuPont isn't too far from there.

Wagner's first choice, but as far as hotel bkfsts go the Residence Inn isn't that bad, and there are usually good tables for meeting . . . you could meet there.

If I remember Exec Inn has a standard restaurant, and it's directly across from the airport - worth checking

Cracker Barrel on Crittendon is close (nothing like Wagner's).
Does Cottage Inn still serve breakfast.

The Executive Inn was torn down some time ago and the Executive West became a Crown Plaza.

Sorry - of course you're right - but nevertheless the Crown Plaza (if I remember) does have a restaurant. Right idea, wrong name.
