new pizza joint where Frolio's once stood?

I passed by it today and it looked like "Keene's" maybe? Does anyone have info on it?

Was Frolio's the place the former Hikes Point fire chief owned? (The one who embezzeled Crusade money.) It had been there forever. Wonder if it's closing had something to do with that.

According to my dad, yes Frolios was owned by Paul Barth.

I'm not sure what lead to its closing, however the last two times I was in there the taste and quality of the food had slipped substantially.

I hope Teena makes some improvements. DD

Teena's Pizza. They have another location in Pekin, IN. They have been at Poplar Level Road for several weeks. The manager said that they expect to get their beer license in about a month.
