Kentucky Fried Chicken taste tests

by Gordon M Lowe » Wed Aug 28, 2013 2:12 pm

If anyone is interested in taste testing new products for KFC, PM me, and I'll give you the phone number for the company handling it. It's fun, and you get paid. :D They conduct the tests at the HQ on Gardiner Lane.

For those of you who have PM'd me, I am not ignoring you, but my PM'er seems to be stuck. Everything is in the Outbox, and won't move to the Sent folder. Very strange. I even PM'd Robin about it, but that PM is stuck, too. :?

To clarify for those looking on, I've looked into this and reassured Gordon: That's not a bug, it's a feature! You can see your PMs in your Outbox until the other party reads them. Then they disappear!

I doubt the developers intended it that way, but this can be an effective way to know if your messages have been read. And if you see they haven't, you know it's time to reach out to the other party by Email or sneaker mail or whatnot.

So anyway, you guys, read Gordon's PMs, willya?

Yes, Robin explained the way things work to me. I'm still learning the internet. :)

Robin,

It IS a very handy feature like that. I've learned to check it to see if my PM's have haven't been read yet, or I'm just being ignored.... :P

Thanks!
Deb
