I expect there are a lot of hidden costs and issues that would make this a mega-project, but hooboy, given location and style, wouldn't this make a great eatery/watering hole?

I've been wondering when it would be available. It will be interesting to see how the naming works out with Hilltop Tavern right across the street.

Didnt Houston just say in an interview that he was working a deal for this location? Some lounge or something? So which is it?

Because quite frankly I think turning it back into a high end dine in theater would work great at that location. Get dinner and a movie all at the same time.
