I just discovered this gem of a website. Reminds me of a front of the house version of Kitchen Confidential. Some R rated language, but a very clever and well written blog.

Yes, I discovered it too, a few months ago. I got a little tired of it after awhile, but it hits some familiar notes.

A few friends of mine follow this guy on Facebook and as a result I will catch a post or two in my newsfeed. I'm not really a fan. If you want a better version of the same basic content, read "Waiter Rant" by Steve Dublanica.
