BREWER-CLIFTON VINEYARD WINE DINNER
Monday, Aug. 19, at 7 p.m., Bourbons Bistro will host a five-course dinner featuring the wines of Brewer-Clifton Vineyard. These wines from the Santa Rita Hills in Santa Barbara County, California, focus exclusively on chardonnay and pinot noir grown on their own sites. This five-course dinner prepared by Chef Bridges will feature scallop seviche, foie gras, and lamb wellington.
First Course
Scallop Seviche with grilled peach puree and proscuitto crisp.

Second Course
Foie Gras with blackberry crema and toasted walnuts.
Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay
Third Course
Pu-erh Tea Seared Ahi Tuna with seaweed salad and turnip puree.

Lamb Wellington vichyssoise with English peas and herbs fines.

Fifth Course
Bourbon and ginger float with candied ginger and vanilla bean ice cream.
