Just wanted to update. The menu has been finalized and goes as follows:
Appetizers: Eggplant fries w/ dipping sauce
Corn and Black Bean Cakes w/ Salsa and Crème Fraiche
Salad: Caprese salad - Asst. Tomatoes, Basil, Mozzarella and
Smoked Gouda Cheese
Palate Cleanser: Cantaloupe and Honey Granita
Entrée: Dual entrée of Beef Tips with soy glaze and Pork Roast with
Dijon bourbon sauce, potato medley and Fresh vegetable
Succotash
Desserts: An assortment including a Mixed Berry Crumble and other
sweet treats.
