According to Insider Louisville there is a New York style pizza place coming to Germantown in the next year. They have bought the VFW post Andrew remodeling to become the restaurant.

"No foldable, floppy pizza for you! Well, not anytime soon in Germantown. Rumors that a New York-style pizza joint was destined for the old VFW Post in that neighborhood have proven true. But one of two partners who bought the building asked that we avoid saying much about it for, well, about a year.
Seems these two hardworking folks have day jobs that they want to keep as they plan out their pizzeria dream. We get that, we don’t want anyone getting fired for “a conflict of interest,” so we’ll play along and keep our yaps shut in hopes of containing our drool over potential New York-style pies!"
it will be interesting to see how their pies compared to others in the area as well as to see who is actually the brains of the place. I have some ideas that I will keep to myself.
