Towel service

I need a new towel supplier. I am over Universal. Since I opened 7th February this year, they have only three times kept to the same schedule. They were supposed to be here first thing this morning ()they have a key) but no dice. I have not a single towel left. I am waiting on a call back from them and have been for over an hour. Does anyone know of another company in Louisville or Southern Indiana where I can get a mop head, bar towels and grill towels delivered?

We just switched from Universal. I'll find out who we went to and post back.

Both Cintas and Aramark have linen service, but I don't know if they deliver to your neck of the woods.
