Volare to launch new Italian Cocktail Menu at event on June 26, 2013
Proceeds from the Volare Italian Ristorante Launch Party for its new Italian Cocktail menu will benefit APRON, Inc. The launch party begins at 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 26
“After a lengthy period of research, development and flavor design, we are pleased to debut the tasty new menu featuring craft cocktails covering a wide range of styles and flavors,” said Isaac Fox, the restaurant's "mixologist." In honor of the launch, all cocktails from the new menu will be available for $7 each from 5-11 p.m. during the launch party
The menu features four apertivos which are designed to refresh and stimulate the palate and are typically served pre-dinner. The Principale or main-course cocktails, perfect for consumption anytime of the evening, offers eight selections including the Bourbon and Bowties People’s Choice award winner, The Beach Bum. The digestovs rounds out the menu offering four strongly flavored after dinner cocktails designed to offer a perfect conclusion to your dinner at Volare.
Louisville singer Robbie Bartlett will perform beginning at 7 p.m. Reservations are not needed for the launch party but recommended for those who wish to dine after the party.
