I love these chef/owners and what they are doing in the kitchen, but they REALLY need to hire a business manager. Or get a new one.
I encountered the same problem with them being closed last week with no mention on their website.
Additionally when I tried to call to verify?
The phone number for Hammerheads, according to both their website and facebook page, was disconnected.
The phone number for game went straight to a voicemail box (with no actual greeting other than generic "you have reached number...") and the mail box was full so I couldnt even leave a message.
Had out of town guests in town last night and decided to give Game a second try. Service was still bad. Although the server was incredibly nice, and when the kitchen screwed up our order the chef or manager came out to apologize....but we had to keep asking for everything! Napkins? Silverware? etc etc etc. We had to ask for each and everything we needed.
This isnt a sign of a bad server (again the kid was very polite, friendly and apologetic) its a sign management isnt training their wait staff at all. Zero training.
I wont be going back, at least not to Game.
