no prob Robin, I just wanted some advice,but as I didn't get any, I looked to my own conscience and did what I thought right. It is out of my hands now.

Thanks, Alison! I can see why people would be reluctant to advise, but it sounds as if your own conscience is clear, and that's a good thing.
