Went there tonight with the family and they changed hands 3 weeks ago: sign is still out, but they have a totally different menu and different ownership. Menu says "Watabchi (sp?) Asian and Sushi, but they are still using Kimis main sign and bar card, etc. Food was standard at best (my sushi combo was good, Brian's Hibachi salmon was very thin and way over- cooked, fried rice was bad, udon was good) and the service was very spotty even though there were only 3 other sets of diners.
If you have restaurant.com or other gift certificates, know that while they are accepting them right now, the new owner is clearly not thrilled about this: according to her "Kimi's " was selling gift cards two days before the transfer without her knowledge, and now she is stuck honoring them....
