50th Anniversary family dinner suggestions

by Tracy Bird » Mon May 13, 2013 9:52 am

My wonderful Mom and Dad will celebrate their 50th anniversary next month, and Mom does not want a party. She suggested just going somewhere nice for dinner. She and Dad enjoy dining out and are fans of Z's, Limestone and several others. There will only be 8 of us, including my 13 year old niece, who is an adventurous and good eater, and my nearly 10 year old nephew doesn't eat as much, but is a great kid and will make do and not be fussy, regardless. My sister suggested Morton's or Jeff Ruby's or something like that. Any great ideas?

Majid's might be another good option ... hospitable, not overly noisy for the older folks.

Corbett's also feels right for an event like this ... or how about Captain's Quarters? Napa River Grill might be able to put your table into one of the smaller rooms for a little more intimate setting. Ditto Selena's. Lots of good choices!

I threw Corbett's into the mix yesterday when we were discussing options. Napa River Grill sounds good--I haven't been there in years.

Tracy, give Forumite Ned A a holler about Napa, or Gary F about Corbett's/Equus & Jack's. :)
