Varanese Prix-Fixe Menu for Hometown Tourist Month
In celebration of Hometown Tourist Month, Varanese will offer a prix-fixe, three-course dinner for two for $50, plus tax and tip, through the end of May. Louisville's Hometown Tourist Celebration, May 6-31, encourages local residents to "be a tourist in their own hometown." Anyone with a valid Kentucky or Indiana ID, local college ID or military ID can take advantage of discounts at 55 area attractions, 15 hotels and 14 restaurants.

Crispy Romaine Lettuce tossed with Creamy Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Dressing topped with Fried Polenta Croutons
CHOICE OF ENTREES
Grilled salmon smothered in a caramelized mandarin orange bourbon sauce served over cream cheese grits
Sautéed beef tips and tortellini tossed in a rich gorgonzola cream sauce, baby spinach, grape tomatoes and toasted pine nuts topped with crispy prosciutto
Spice rubbed bourbon barrel smoked boneless pork chop topped with an apple-bacon chutney served with gratin potato
