I went to Funmi's last night with my wife and I couldn't help but notice that they've redone their menu, reorganized some things, moved stuff around, added a variety of specials based on availability, and most importantly, added some new combo platters. We got the Meat Platter I (asun chicken, asun beef, ewa, aloco and asaro) and it was a staggering amount of deliciousness. Getting the meal for two people has provided enough food for four total meals, even after I ate myself stupid at dinner.
She's also merged the lunch and dinner menus so now when I want VGS or Tanzanian Stew I don't have to make sure I get there during lunch hours.
Speaking of hours, there are also some changes in the restaurant's hours. It's now closed on Sunday and Monday, but it's staying open later on Friday and Saturday Nights (I believe to 9:30), so adjust your schedules accordingly.
