Also,got a mention in this month's Costco Connection - wasn't available on line yet when I last looked. Maybe they'll be selling his book - they featured a recipe.

It seems to me that both Edward and Anthony Lamas are putting a lot of energy (and a fair amount of money) into public-relations efforts consciously aimed at positioning them as national-level "Top Chefs." I don't begrudge them this, but I think it's worth noting that this publicity isn't just dropping in like manna from heaven. It starts with wizard skillz, for sure, but to move it to that level takes both money and good luck.

The latest Food & Wine Magazine had an article about the Top 10 "food streets" in America. East Market was featured and Edward Lee talked about his favorites. Here's a link to the online version:
