Chef Mike Hungerford gone from Coals Pizza

Chef Mike tells me that there's been a parting of the ways. No word on who's keeping the coal ovens fired now, but of course I wish both Mike and Coals well.

Certainly hope they find a great replacement for him, he certainly was a great fit, there. He came up with some of the best flavor combinations imaginable. Of course I hope he ends up someplace where his talents will be utilized.

If the Tempura battered anchovies go with him I will *die*

.....Bummer. I hope it was on amicable terms. Those will be big shoes to fill. Wishing Chef all the best.
