New keg rule for microbreweries?

by Ellen P » Sun Apr 21, 2013 3:06 pm

Heard that the public cannot buy directly from a brewery. Individuals have to go through distributors and some breweries may not want to bother with it anymore? Louisville decision ? Thanks

Must be a Kentucky thing. I can sell kegs to the public everyday except Sunday.

I attempted to read through the text of it last night but could not find the specific language regarding kegs. Lots of very small changes, mostly related to licensing fees (surprise surprise, all going up).

And giving locales the option to allow alcohol sales on election day.
