Heads up! I meant to post a reminder yesterday that Seviche's episode on America's Best Bites aired at 4:30pm yesterday, but I just found out that it will re-air at 10:09am today - on the Cooking Channel. Catch it!

Thank you for the shout out Jackie! Americas Best Bites will re air all week on Cooking Channel....I'm really proud to be just a small part of this amazing food scene! Loved how the show talked about Louisville and Kentucky!
