St Louis paper shout out to the hotbytes forum

by James Natsis » Sat Apr 20, 2013 10:19 am

The St Louis Post Dispatch did a nice piece on Louisville comparing several aspects of the two cities. They give a general overview of the restaurant scene and suggest where to dine (an interesting mix). It appears that the writer (unidentified) did indeed visit the city. They also give a shout out to the hotbytes forum and "Louisville’s pre-eminent food critic, Robin Garr." (you've made the bigtime, Robin!)

Cool! 8)

Did you notice that the author mentions having grown up in Louisville and gone to Trinity? Good piece, even without the sucking up  but I would have given him extra props if he had gone on to point out that our cities are named after different King Louis. They're Louis IX, "Saint" Louis the Confessor; we're Louis XVI, the one who lost his head.
