The St Louis Post Dispatch did a nice piece on Louisville comparing several aspects of the two cities. They give a general overview of the restaurant scene and suggest where to dine (an interesting mix). It appears that the writer (unidentified) did indeed visit the city. They also give a shout out to the hotbytes forum and "Louisville’s pre-eminent food critic, Robin Garr." (you've made the bigtime, Robin!)

but I would have given him extra props if he had gone on to point out that our cities are named after different King Louis. They're Louis IX, "Saint" Louis the Confessor; we're Louis XVI, the one who lost his head.
