New menu updates at The Blind Pig

Just in, lots of great new dishes from the guys at Blind Pig:

Spinach Salad with bacon, hard boiled egg, mushrooms, warm bacon vinaigrette

Grilled Bison Skirt Steak Salad with arugula, roasted corn, radish, red win vinaigrette

Fresh Kielbasa & Braised Cabbage with white wine, pork jus, braised cabbage and Dijon mustard

Pan Seared Trout with warm potato & sugar pea snap salad

Pulled, Braised Lamb & Gnocchi with sautéed peas, parmesan cheese, fenugreek cream sauce

Grilled Berkshire Pork Tenderloin with honey herb glaze, sautéed fava beans & carrots, micro green salad

The classic White Bean Puree has made its way back to our menu by request.

We also have updated the wine & cocktail lists including few new drink selections including :The Spicy Sue Ellen, Classic Bacardi Cocktail, Vanity Fair and one of our earlier classics has returned - The Mezcalf.
