C-J Looking For Interviewees

by RichardM » Thu Mar 14, 2013 12:54 pm

Just came across this tweet...

Matt Frassica ‏@mattfrassica
Looking for Louisville restaurant employees (current/former) to talk about the hard work and low pay, for C-J story.

Thought the restaurant employees might like a chance to vent... errrr... express their views...

Ooooo! I haven't had an opportunity to be mis-quoted in the press for some time now.

I don't know Matt F, but I've noticed he's one of the CJ writers who seems to have some spirit and gets stuff right. He also writes a lot about food, and I suspect he harbors a secret desire to move into the critic's slot some day. 8)

Point being, based on his participation, I wouldn't be reluctant to give him a call if I were in the business. I think he'll do a good job.

I'm mostly just joshin' based on the fact that in pretty much every interview I have ever done something was misquoted or taken way out of context.

"Looking for Louisville restaurant employees (current/former) to talk about the hard work and low pay, for C-J story."

I wonder if he's also interviewing people who like their job in the industry and are happy with their pay? Or perhaps interviewing restaurant OWNERS about their hard work and sometimes low pay?
