Fair enough Ryan. I didn't get to say hello when I was in recently, but the whole family really enjoyed the meal. Miles, our little guy, sat in a "big boy chair" and did just fine. Thanks...we'll be back.

Derrick,

We ran into the problem where we found some area restaurants werent keeping their high chairs clean, and I got tired of spending 10 mins with wet wipes prior to every meal cleaning them prior to putting our daughter in one.
So we bought one of these and its been a big improvement. Our daughter is closer to the table, can sit right next to my wife or I and even works in booths.

Highly recommend it!

Here's another vote for Texicans in Crestwood. I live that way and have been there several times. Superbly nice people. (I unwittingly showed up there at closing time , for some reason they close around 9 pm it seems or something , anyway... ) was treated very nicely. I offered to come back the next day but they said absolutely not. They packed up ribs and sides with loads of extras since they were closing. One of the best meals I've ever had. Other trips in have been very good as well. I've only bought ribs there. Can't say what their other BBQ is like.

First I would like to tip my hat in memory of the meal I had at (the original) Bake's. gone but not forgotten.

Can anyone give a recent experience report on Bootleg (http://www.bootlegbbq.net/)?

Got take out from the new Mamma's Mustard, Pickles and BBQ tonight.
We got the beef and pork ribs, chicken wings, pulled pork, and the smoked turkey. Everything was simply delicious! The beef ribs were out of this world.
And they are right. In my opinion they do have the best wings in town.

How are the wings prepared? Smoked, or something more?

Dry rub marinade and smoked. Awesome.
