We got in another Smoking Goose shipment at the Wine Market yesterday, and added a few new items. We've got some awesome sliced capocollo and their duck confit (we've blown through this already...only two portions left for sale as of this writing!), plus a new dry sausage, their saucisson rouge. It's made with red wine, pork shoulder, heart and liver. We should have a little saucisson and capocollo left to sample out Sunday afternoon (2/17), but stop by early-ish as there's not much of the sample portion left to go 'round. We've also got in more of the old favorites: lamb bacon, gin & juice salame and smoked duck breast on hand, unfortunately they were fresh out of the stagberry sausage.
If anyone finds anything on their website they want to look at us brining in, we are happy to take special orders, but brining in smaller amounts of things does carry a premium price. PM me here, or come into the shop and talk to Michael or Sam. We'll probably doing another order soon...
