I agree with Todd. We've returned to Rosita's on regular rotation, and Israel has the food back to where it was. Service is better. While this isn't to say there are not outstanding issues, such as the sheer size of that spot (you could fit a Hofbrauhaus in there), the food's been great, and the service has been better.
