What are they building in front of The Home Depot?

Curious if anyone knows what they just started building in front of The Home Depot on Westport Rd?

They might not be building anything or it might be HD doing something. There is a chain link fence all around a section and there are construction equipment digging.

Well, we know (or we're pretty sure) that Chipotle is coming downtown. Maybe this is a conflation of that rumor? Or maybe Chipotle is finally coming in here with more than one property? It's certainly a reasonable rumor, at least.

Here is the wording from the building permit:

It doesn't say what being built exactly, but it certainly gives more information.

The downtown Chipotle isn't a rumor anymore, it has been confirmed by multiple sources. And WHAS reported last week that Chipotle was coming with multiple units, the second to open this summer.

Downtown Chipotle is opening in March.
