I would like to announce that I have been hired as the Head Chef for a New Bistro called the Quad Cafe. It is located in the Quadrangle Station in Jeffersonville,In. We have a target date of Feb 15 or 16 for a soft opening. Very excited to be apart of this new adventure. Outstanding Bistro menu made from scratch. Hope eveyone will come try us out.
